White pepper is stronger and more aromatic than black pepper. It is used whenever you want pepper taste in something that is light, as in mashed potatoes, or bechamel sauce, or you can of course use it whenever you would use normal black pepper. And yeah, we're way off topic, but it's fun, isn't it? :o)
