Accountability has long been a problem here. They do what they want, when they want, the way they want, and if the members or merchants don't like it, well, it's just too bad, isn't it? After all, there are plenty of OTHER sites you could go to to spend your money or talk to people or get information, etc... ;-) As a matter of fact, there's a growing movement for people to boycott the store here, just because of things like this. A simple apology would have gone so far to ease the bad feelings, but, hey, who cares. We're only customers, right? bonni
