Bryce DOES look plastic, at first. It's because it's so easy, on your very first day with it, to throw a bunch of objects into a scene and render it with default mats from Wild & Fun. But if you keep at it for years, the plasticity (that can't be a word lol) goes by the wayside. Bryce5 is a VERY powerful program if you have lots of patience :-)
