Hi Diana, You could try copying the pyd files into into the RuntimePythonDLLs folder (this is where the standard installed pyd files live anyway). We've seen some problems in the past where an earlier mixup may cause continuing problems until the application is restarted. Let me know if you get anywhere with this.
