In ZBrush...when in edit mode..hold down the Ctrl key,and you can paint on a mask to areas you don't want effected(the red circle turns to yellow,to show your in mask mode). It is also best that when you are morphing/shapeing a body part close to another one (in this case the neck),bring that body part in also. SWAMP
