Maybe they were talking about that donor that comes with the Sara file. You duplicate and rename the Maya clothing cr2 file, load Sara, then load the donor, then load the Maya conforming object file (not the Maya clothing cr2), line it up with the donor, resave the obj file, and now the Maya clothing cr2 file will conform to Sara.
