I got screwed out of my $10 coupon because I didn't see the micro-mini print saying to "recalculate first" until it was too late. If they don't want us to use them, why give them to us?

Are you referring to the DAZ coupon? I'm sure you can sort that out by contacting them, they have been very kind in correcting errors like this in the past.

i had also a problem with daz, i used my coupon but it seemed to be useless, because it didn't worked, i payed for all i got!!!

No problem here...I didn't even buy anything, just used it to purchase an on-sale item that was about $1. less than the coupon value.

uh, ming? There doesn't appear to be any microprint that says 'recalculate first' - when you enter a voucher and/or coupon, you 'submit' it & it applies towards your order.

There can also be a problem when buying PC and Premiere items in the same order & using a combination of vouchers, coupons, or gift certificates. I've had that problem myself - in any case, just give DAZ a call - overall their customer service is 2nd to none. :)

Another issue Lucy Fur's post brings up...don't get Gift Certificates and Coupons confused. I did this on an order once in the past and selected the wrong one...it will show up as full price if you do that.

I think he's talking about Renderosity... But, it's still not Micro-print. Try contacting Renderosity instead of feeling victimized by a simple error on your part. And then if things don't get moved along, feel free to rant.

Okay..I thought due to the refs to Daz that was what we was talking about, and since I had just received a $10. gift cert from daz recently. I see now we were not on the same page.

I don't think RO has EVER given out a $10 coupon. But they have had a 10 percent off of our order coupon before. ming mentioned DAZ and $10 - which a horde of ppl know has come out. Maybe ming was confused as to where that could be used??? Hmmm..... Would be nice if we'd hear back from ming, eh?
