as i'm not a professional, i'm not sur if this counts as help. well, every time i had to give a wee reference, it was in a container and to a burly nurse. not sure how that will travel in the post. i think you'll have a difficult time trying to convince them you're michelle, maybe disposing of the hat may help. :))) LOL
