Additionally, many of us use textures or models we have purchased in our renders, or textures or models from freestuff. Purchased textures or models can not be distributed by the purchaser, and frankly, if I spend my money for a model, I wouldn't give it away even if it was allowed. As for free items, some people who donate them restrict redistribution of the items.
