That's a Microsoft problem, not a Rosity problem. Memory issue. Closing some apps and restarting Internet Explorer usually fixes it. If not, reboot. If it's not convenient to restart IE, just save the pic anyway. Change the suffix from bmp to jpg, and it should be fine.
