It's kind of hard to tell in that tiny pic. It might be the "Gradation Bob" from DAZ: http://secure.daz3d.com/shop.php?op=itemdetails&item=871 If you want something similar for free, try the Yuna hair or the long straight hair from Studio Maya. It will probably fit Vicky with a little tweaking.
