I'm new to Vicky 3.0 too. However, I think I know the answer to this. In addition to MAT poses that inject morphs, you also have MAT poses that remove morphs. I don't think there is a one-click way to remove all unused morphs, so you might have to do them individually (or in groups as provided by the MAT files). There is a dial-cleaner utility available from DAZ (for free) that will take away the unused dials, but I haven't used this yet.
