Here are 2 versions of 'seas' that were made in the Bryce Terrain Editor and rendered with the Bryce/Water/Foamy Seawater material. The foggy image also used the Turbo Clouds material on the duplicated set of waves that I offset ever so little, ahead of the wave, to be the breaker. I have saved the 'seas' as objects *(.obp files) in Bryce 5. If you are interested send me an Email request and I will attempt to forward these two files to you.
