But Darkwhisper sold his earlier stuff to DAZ, he announced it on his webpage and as far as I know has taken down the items from r'osity. Its like buying a CD when it comes out, if you wait 6 months you'll get the same CD with a bonus disc containing 6 extra songs on it :-)
