Thanks for all of the great ideas... here is what I have managed to do so far. As you can see I'm having some issues trying to get the neck area to match up correctly... any thoughts?

Allso her tattoo of the dangerous teddy looks a little blury, but in photoshop it looked fine, any thoughts on how I fix this?

The texture I'm using is "Chanee" by RNKarenEr
I just worked some new layers into it like water droplets (Are they any good)? and I tried to add some soapy bubbles... I'm not sure they turned out so well in the rendering, but they looked great on the skin map in Photoshop... I allso tried to apply Daniella's face make up from a V2 face file... not so sure how well I was able to pull that off either...

Any ideas?
