As long as you buy the full version of M2 rather than the M2 upgrade from M1 you'll be fine. M2 does not use the same clothing items or textures as the P4 man, but there are available items for him in the freestuff. In addition, M2 comes with an M2 P4 figure that can wear the P4 man's clothing but doesn't use his textures. M3 uses different clothing and textures than M2. But he comes with a M3 to M2 figure that can wear M2's clothing but still uses M3's textures. (This was a bit odd because the V3 to V2 figure wears both V2's clothing and textures.) I would urge you to double check and read through the forums to determine whether you actually want both figures. M3 has a more versatile body, but his face has been criticized as being too feminine. This is due to the area around the eyes, nose, and brow. M2 has a less versatile body and unclothed (or with some tightly conformed clothes) he can look as though he has breasts. This is easily fixed by using the pectoral flat morph. In addition if you use the smaller shoulders morph his shoulders will look a bit more realistic. I personally like his head, but others have felt he retains the same basic shape and that it is hard to deviate from the "Michael" look. This said I really like both figures, and for very different reasons. M3 is a radical deparature from M2 as he has morph injections (which you would need to purchase in separate head and body kits) and a better joint system. M2 has sharper features and a more chiseled look though whenever I say this no one gets my point. Do more research and figure out what is right for you. Hope this has been helpful :) PapaBlueMarlin
