To be honest, i love Guittas short and to the point way of giving information. I dont need the all over candy cream i see so often from support guys. Being nice but saying nothing. I want crisp, clear information. Full stop. When Guitta tells us that she is overloaded with work right now, then it is more than honorable that she takes a little time to answer questions here.
