If the missing files are not included into the productpackage, nobody should have them. No other customer and nobody from Renderosity stuff. The only person that can help you is the autor of the product in question. If the vendor is not available yet, perhaps he/she is on holliday? I'm pretty sure Clint will offer you a solution.
