Yes it should there is an update for the V2 M2 family if purchased prior to 6/6/03 on the Mimic product page at Daz most who create characters from Vic or Mike do not take away morph targets in creating figures usually they add I am quite sure V3 and M3 work well with mimic since Mimic is a Daz product now. I have it but haven't had the chance to work with it since I got a new computer and have been uploading all the stuff from my other on to this one. It's been three weeks now and counting I still have over 32 CD's to go
