It occurred to me that the recent free ballet leotard from runtime dna would make an excellent base for duplicating the costume shown above. Unfortunately it turns out to have a non-split UVmap, which makes doing transmaps a little bit more tricky, but by no means insuperable. About an hour's work resulted in the picture posted here.
