You can't switch directories or use subdirectories within Poser 4/Pro Pack. So if you wanted to use "Weapons" from a CD, you'd have to drop it into Runtime before you started Poser. You'd also have to ensure it went into the correct directory first, or Poser won't find it. That said, there's no reason to keep the default people if you don't want to use them. You could try PBooost, which does allow you to have several alternate banks switched in. Another way is to put items in a rarely used folder, such as Cameras. If you change the file extensions to CM2, poses will sit in there quite happily.
