If you have the runtime dna leotard, go into your material settings and increase the transparency (dial settings) to 100%. Then in the lower right corner there is a button where you can load a transmap. When you exit the menu, it will appear as though the leotard is completely gone, but when you render the image the leotard will appear on the figure with the appropriate parts taken out.
