Cool pics! It even looks like you can see a modest reflection of part of the canyon wall. It seems there's been running water on Mars in the past, but not much indicating there was any or much running water as of now. If this discovery is true, then it has implications towards having a manned mission to Mars and possible colonization. Mars could have a deep permafrost type environment. Such a climate may look pretty dry on the surface, but as soon as it gets warm enough - there's plenty of water and erosion and floods can happen pretty quick. BTW, ever try emailing this stuff to George Noory?
