I must admit that I don't understand what is happening. Did you buy the Jade character by newherve here in the marketplace? If you did, do you have Victoria 2 or Victoria 3 (from www.daz3d.com)? Jade won't work without at least one of them. Sorry if the questions are too basic, but you said you are a newbie :-) I'm off to bed now, it's almost 11 pm here, and work is waiting tomorrow, but maybe somebody else can help you.
