- How does Vue handle metalic objects and how do they look? Like metalic objects, Just what you would expect metal to look like 2) How steep is the learning curve? Not even a speed bump. 3) What is my maximum pixel width? As big as your desktop settings but you can render any size to disk. 4) Can I view my whole widescreen image and zoom into parts without changing my camera angle. Best way to do this is have you master camera firmly bolted to your scene. The place unlimited amounts of additional cameras around your scene and just keep changing the current camera to view different parts for close inspection. Repeat after me: " Grouping is my friend ! " Remember that, it's very important on complex scenes. Also remember to use layers and hidden layers to your advantage to make almost impossible renders really. I've rendered gig files this way no problem. Your computer will die if you don't use such advanced options in really huge renders.
