The Nudity Flag needs to be engaged if the image shows any kind of nudity.

Even if the figure is covered by see-through cloth - it is still nude.

There is no thing as kinda nude - or a little nude :)

Even if you post nudity in the title of your image, you still need to engage the nudity button.

What is considered nudity in a Renderosity Gallery Image:

  1. Humans or humanoid figures without any garments
  2. Exposure of the nipple or areola [the dark skin surrounding the nipple] for woman
  3. See-through clothing where the breasts [see #2] are exposed for woman
  4. Exposure of the pubic region for both men and woman [this includes genitals and pubic hair]
  5. See-though clothing where the pubic region [see #4] is exposed for both men and woman
  6. Exposure of the bare buttock for both men and woman

Also: When You upload an image to the Renderosity Gallery, you Agree to abide by Renderosity's Gallery TOS and upload rules. One of which states:

Nudity
If this image/writing contains nudity or violence of any type, you must check the "Nudity" or Violence checkbox, or your image/writing may be deleted. If we receive complaints about the image/writing, and the Nudity or Violence flag is not set, it will be deleted. So, if you think someone might be offended by your image/ writing, be safe and hit the "Nudity" or Violence checkbox.

Hope that helps :)
