IMO that sort of thing really does enhance one's experience of the item. The guy who did the DAZ Antelope Expansion Pack (apologies for not remembering his name, I'm not at my home computer as I type this) also included some fascinating info about the species represented in the set. Cherokee, you raise a good point, but the fact is, DAZ has said that they won't be offering telephone or e-mail support for the app (at least while it's in alpha/beta.) The only support I'm aware of would be whatever responses and bug reporting we'll get in the Studio forums at their site, so ultimately it doesn't much matter if they're around while we experiment on our own for a few days. My concern is that nobody will be there if the servers break down, but at this point we've all become accustomed to waiting, waiting, waiting... :-) Dean
