When you uninstalled it so your hubby could wrap it for Xmas, there were probably still registry entries for Vue. Uninstalls of most programs don't completely "erase" everything having to do with the program, unfortunately! If you can go into your registry and delete all references to Vue, that may work, but if you need help with that, I got to refer you to someone else here who knows more about that!
