At least for posing, you can set the dials numerically by right clicking then typing the value. I'd assume it's the same for other areas. I just tried putting in a light and it worked, but I have no idea of the scale involved, so positioning it is going to take a bit of work until I figure that out. (Numeric is sooo much easier for me than sliding dials around!)
