Why rely on rumors? :) From the Daz site- http://www.daz3d.com/products/studio.php *Prior to the release of DAZ|Studio 1.0, the base version will be made available as a free beta for an undetermined period of time until it is solid.* They do need to update, as the initial release for PC members was December, not November.Calypso Dreams...
