Try making smaller dots, maybe teardopped shaped but about half to one-third the size of the snow trans and perhaps add a slight bluish tint? Just a thought. Love that prop! Used in in my Centaur Patrol image ;p I have Ockham's weather-kit too, just haven't had the chance to try it yet, but it looks Very promising and would save having to re-do Traveler's transparancy.
