So it is perfectly logical to ask her to leave and STOP making such a good job.. we see such things nowadays: when a firm is earnign more money, she really HAS to dump employees that worked well, so they can continue to improve their income.. (see "the big one" a good movie about the capitalistic phenomena of that :) lyrra: will you post this as a freebee on another central/portal website, such as rendervision ?
