Mmm seems a bit complex. See image - took err lets see - 2 mins used displacement mapping and ray tracing used crystal ball node on the glass though face is ok as an exercise - not sure if would want to fiddle with photoshop so much - thats for more interesting stuff ( alpha working and channel working) Have you tried using channel layers to do the same with either transparency or shine being applied with the alpha channel - using that at the moment for a job I'm doing
