'Maybe it's not a deciding factor very often' fyrespyrit, It may not be a deciding factor the first time you buy a product (since you don't know what you're getting), but I'd like to think it would be a deciding factor the second time. There are certain merchants who have been around for a long time. They must be doing something right.
