If you are having trouble getting a thumb to upload at the same time as the full size image, it may be the way you are saving your thumbs in PS. As 3DGuy suggested use the "Save For Web" option. There is a problem with thumbs made in PS, using the regular "Save As" option and particular settings that may be used during that process, screw up something during the upload process.
