It works like this... UV coordinates are not pixel placements, they are values that represent a 'percentage' across or down the image in question. So a value of 0.0 is the left/top-most pixel position, a value of 0.5 is halfway across/down the image and a value of 1.0 is the right/bottom-most pixel position of an image - regardless of the image's dimensions. (Note: some apps use a bottom/left position of 0/0, some apps use a top/left position as 0/0.. I'd have to double-check to see which one Poser uses, but I think it's top/left). Does that help?
