I've not seen a blue ribbon prop, but I know of something that might work in its place. Go to the 3D Comic Collective and visit the Warhammer 40K pages. There, amoung some superb models by Ghost you'll find a pack of prop addons for the Terminator. In there is an "Honour" badge which (recoloured) would work. Paul
