The Poser Transporter is a full-featured plug-in to dynamically import animated Poser 5 figures into Carrara Studio 3. While this preview version will be showcased at Macworld Expo on the Macintosh only, Eovia plans is to release a final version for both the Macintosh and Windows within the end of the first Quarter of 2004. Users of Poser and Carrara Studio 3 will soon be offered with the perfect tool to import and manipulate Poser 5 scenes in Carrara Studio 3, including textures, transparency maps, clothes and animations. The Poser Transporter plug-in brings the best in 3D character animation to the already full-fledged capabilities of Carrara Studio 3, said Antoine Clappier, CEO of Eovia. There are no other 3D products more complementary to each other than Poser and Carrara Studio. Availability The English/International version of the Poser Transporter plug-in is expected to be available for the Mac (OS X) and Windows platforms within the end of Quarter 1 2004.
