I didn't get any plug ins and it works just fine for me :-) You just open Pd30 explorer, navigate to the folder all the poses are in which have png, press convert png to rsr (it can do this either way so make sure to select the right one) and it will convert all pngs in that folder to rsrs. You will find this happens from time to time with props and things as well, so keep hold of that little program. It's very useful :-) Sorry, I haven't looked into the plugins.
