By the by... In answer to my own suggestion... This seems, so far, to be working, strangely well. To work around our problem, Muggle6, Start Vue. Create a new/blank scene. Import the poser pz3 or whatnot file normall. Save the scene for your own protection. Right click on the new object in the group/layer manager. Do Save Object. Name it whatever you want. Close Vue (to clear the memory leak/problem from importing) Restart Vue Load your real scene that you are working on. Do "Load Object" to natively load the .vob file you just saved. Save your main scene and continue normally. As a further test. I imported a couple poser figures into the same blank scene and then clicked on and saved each one individually. Then went and load each one. So far....this has worked great, and in fact is actually almost faster than importing the poser scene into the original main scene.
