You can try fiddling with the joint falloff zones to see if you can alleviate it a bit. This is very similar to M3 clothing groin problems I have seen, on my stuff I control it two ways, with a thigh joint controlled morph and with another user controlled morph on the buttock group, neither of which are easy to setup.
