Pj, I'm not joking here. I live in Glasgow, W Scotland, and there are some folks who actually wear the ancient style of Celtic clothing you are refering to. They are so into the old ways that they live just north of the city in a little community, sort of new age style and only come to the city for supplies and to meet up with friends.
