No offense intended to it's developer (it's a daunting task to program for), but I haven't found The Tailor really all that useful. It does the best it can, but that often means chunky/blocky morphs. It also depends a lot on the mesh makeup of the clothing in question, but I'm pretty sure that you can always get better results using magnets and scaling... at least that's been my experience.
