The pz3 problem, maybe the textures are not in the place that they should be or maybe you have moved them since installing or changed the drawer name. if it is a zip you are installing and if it has the full path in it then you install into your poser 4 directory NOT metacreations or any other. If the zip doesn`t have paths then read the text with the zip and that should tell you where to put the things. I hope this helps...
