Can't give you detailed instructions, but maybe a pointer as to where to look... First, Dr Geep (search for "geep") is posting a tutorial on making a Posable model. You should check it out; it's packed with vital info for anyone wanting to make a posable model. Second, the quick answers (but not the "how to"). Import your OBJ into poser. Go to the Grouping Tool (check another of Dr Geep's tutes for the lowdown) and create groups for each body part you wish to bend/morph/transform. In other words, create groups for Foot, Toes, Lower Leg, Thigh, Buttock and so forth. Save out your newly grouped model. Re import the new version (you did use a new file name, didn't you?) and go to the Setup Room. Create the bones for your model. Simply put, each group should have a corresponding bone. You will then need to edit the Joint Parameters to get the thing to bend as you require. Takes more patience than I have, that's for damn sure. That's about the size of it. I'm sure someone here will be able to give you the how/where/why/what to all this. Sorry I can't be more specific.
