Copy the object folders that you want into the presets/object folder.Then with Carrara running go to the object browser and choose" add new folder". Navigate to the folder you just copied. For loading scenes with the Wizard go to File/open wizard and choose the preset. You can also copy your own scene files into the scene folder in Carrara folder ; Carrara/scene folder/user.
