When the porn site charge shows up on the bill, the husband claims it must be a mistake, to deflect his wife's ire. And Visa has to eat the loss. That's the reason they are cracking down on adult sites. And eBay is now not allowing PayPal to be used to purchase adult items, even on their own site. I would guess that means that will apply to Rosity, too, eventually. If you want to buy a nekkid Vicky texture, you won't be able to use PayPal. But that still doesn't excuse PayPal's shenananigans. They sound like an Enron in the making.
