Oh Genny I just reread the thread and realised you were having such heartache. Hopefully the meds will give your dog much more time to be with you and when it does come time to make that terrible descision my heart and thoughts will be with you. I lost my cat just over a year ago and for me I didn't have to make that descision because he died of a heart attack. I don't know if the suddeness made it worse or not but I wish I could have done something to help him, I still think of him often and miss him terribly. Take care and I hope all goes well. 8) Catlin
