I have heard that the BT Sculptor one in the MP is very good, but I don't have it, so can't give a personal recommendation. There's a good recent thread over at rendervisions.com in the 2D forum about texturing, which I'm applying at the moment... funnily enough, with levius' nude female texture source, to Victoria 3.0 :)
