Sometimes the terminology is confusing when you are new to 3D and the Poser world. Most of us in the Poser world think of a new MODEL as a new figure that is built totally from scratch in another 3D program, and then made posable to work in Poser. They are sold or distributed separately from Poser. Examples of other models are the DAZ Millenium figures (Victoria, Michael, the Millenium Kids, etc). What it appears that you want to create is what most Poser-ites call another CHARACTER ... you want to take an existing Poser-ready figure and change the textures, facial features, and body shapes. With that in mind, now we know where you can start .... The unfortunate part of this is that there isn't really a single place that you can go to find all of the information you need. So, if you let us know what you want to accomplish first (creating a texture, applying a texture, using existing morphs, creating your own morphs, so on), we might be able to direct you to some tutorials that can help you accomplish that. It might also help to know what other programs you have (Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, etc) when we recommend tutorials. We will get you there. 8-)
